All vehicle crossing applications, whether upgrading an existing crossing or installing a new crossing must have their location approved by a council officer, at which time special conditions may be set, before any site works can begin.

Waipa District Council requires an approved contractor to carry out the work. If you wish to use a contractor who is not on the approved contractor list provided, that contractor must contact council prior to doing the work.
